Getting Started

The Lite plan runs on WhatsApp. Three steps, no technical setup. Warburton is live in your group within 72 hours.

What you need

A WhatsApp group you administer. That's it. No API keys, no integrations, no developer work. Costwolds LLC handles all configuration on the back end once Warburton is in your group.

Setup

1
Find Warburton on WhatsApp and add it to your group

Search for the following username on WhatsApp and add it to your group as you would any other member.

@warburton_ai
2
Make Warburton a group admin

Open group info, tap the Warburton contact, and select Make group admin. Warburton needs admin permissions to remove messages, issue warnings, and carry out moderation actions. Without admin access it can observe but not act.

3
Wait up to 72 hours

Once the number is in your group as an admin, Costwolds LLC configures Warburton for your community. No further action is needed from you. Configuration typically completes well within the 72-hour window.

How you'll know it's live

You'll receive one of two signals:

If 72 hours pass and neither has occurred, contact [email protected] and include your group name and the number you added Warburton from.

A note on transparency Your community members should know an automated system is present. The Terms of Service require it, and frankly it's the right thing to do. Warburton has a distinct character voice — it doesn't pretend to be human — but it's reasonable to let your group know what it is.

What happens next

From the moment Warburton is live, it begins operating across its capability areas available on the Lite plan: community health monitoring, protection protocols, welfare escalation, deterministic safety rules, and the daily 0800 digest. Moderation decisions are logged with timestamps and are available on request.

The Lite plan covers one WhatsApp community. If you want to extend to a second community, add Telegram or Discord support, or access the full governance and knowledge capture layer, that's the Pro plan.
