Warburton processes messages in your Telegram, Discord, or WhatsApp community in order to perform moderation, safeguarding, knowledge capture, and other Community Operating System functions. Message content is processed in real time and logged for audit and compliance purposes as described in your service agreement.
- Usage and analytics data. We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) on iamwarburton.com to collect anonymised browsing data such as pages visited, referral source, browser type, and device information. GA4 uses cookies to distinguish users. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.
- Server logs. Our servers automatically record standard access logs including IP addresses, request timestamps, and HTTP headers.
How we use your information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Warburton service.
- To moderate community conversations and enforce safety rules as configured by the community operator.
- To generate audit logs, daily digests, and operational reports for community operators.
- To detect and prevent scams, abuse, and other harmful activity within communities.

- To understand how our website is used and improve it.
Data sharing and third parties
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in the following circumstances:
- AI model providers. Message content may be sent to third-party AI model providers (including Anthropic, IBM Granite, and local Ollama instances) for the purpose of generating moderation responses. We select providers with appropriate data handling practices and do not permit them to use your data for training purposes.
- Platform APIs. Warburton interacts with Telegram, Discord, and WhatsApp APIs to read and send messages within your community.
- Analytics. Google Analytics 4 collects anonymised website usage data as described above.
- Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal process.
Cookies
The iamwarburton.com website uses cookies set by Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymised usage statistics. These cookies do not contain personally identifiable information. You can disable cookies in your browser settings or use a browser extension to block analytics tracking.
Data retention
We retain community message logs and audit data for the duration of your subscription and for a reasonable period afterward to support compliance obligations. Website analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics default retention settings (14 months). You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
